Vinyasa
flow is a dynamic form of yoga that links movement
with breath in a continuous flow. This class will
include a blend of Sun Salutations and standing
postures to build core strength, cultivate flexibility,
promote balance, and awaken the spirit. Special
attention and modifications will be offered to
each student.
