Christine
O'Shaughnessy has been a yoga practitioner
for over six years. She began teaching Yin Yoga
in January 2004 after completing an intensive
training in California with Sarah Powers and Paul
Grilley. Christine is also certified by Daniel
Orlansky in Meridian Yoga that activates and balances
energy in the 14 major meridians (energy pathways)
of the body. She is a Pan Gu Shengong instructor
and does private teachings upon request. Christine
lives in Scituate with her husband and children.
